Recently, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Hillary Douglas, a newspaper reporter for the Sunday Express, in the United Kingdom, having over 670,000 readers. She contacted me because more and more families are making the decision to “home educate”, as they call it in the UK. The reason for this so called boom in homeschooling is much like what is going on in our own school system here in the United States: lower standards, school crime, violence, bullying, and sometimes just a personal preference.

I think Childern should explore the world around them.However the School environment is different then Home Schooling.

Home schooled kids in most cases exceed the education of public school educated kids, they go on to college sooner, graduate sooner, and often get higher paying jobs.

School environment were the same as they are now. I don't see why children are to be taken out of school for home schooling but it is always their parents wish and if they do that I would have to agree with you that they must have Bible.

One Biblical reason many home schooling families stand by is that God has given them the authority and responsibility over the children he has blessed them with. They reason that the parents are given the responsibility to raise and teach their children in the Bible

One reason why education is failing is because it still follows the same model as was devised over 100 years ago, sure a few tweaks but the basic model is the same. Not matter what you do.

Homeschooling is a far more effective use of a child's time than enrolling in public or even private education. One on one teaching by a parent can ensure that the student really understands the curriculum. Homeschoolers often graduate years before their public school peers.
